Uruguay became the 12th team to win the FIFA U-20 World Cup™ when they beat Italy 1-0 in the final of the 2023 edition.

Germany made history when they defeated France to claim their first-ever FIFA U-17 World Cup™.

The planet’s top players, coaches, legends, fans, goals and acts of fair play were recognised in Paris, France.

The build-up to the biggest-ever FIFA World Cup™ began at a star-studded event in Los Angeles, with activities also taking place in the other 15 Host Cities in Canada, Mexico and the United States.

FIFA+ and FIFA Digital exist to drive forward FIFA’s mission of growing football’s reach and bringing new fans to the beautiful game at every level – and, in 2023, new heights were scaled.
